Top Quality Maintenance
There are two approaches that a dealership or service shop can take when it comes to maintenance: Doing what's required or doing what's right. We proudly stick to the latter philosophy. So you might just come in to have your oil changed, but we'll go through the whole car and let you know how the rest of your car is doing. We don't do this so we can increase profits by showing you more and more stuff that needs done. We do this because it's what's right. After all, if we see something that could break soon and cause a costly repair or even worse, a bad accident, we should and will tell you about it.
Additionally, we use top-quality fluids and filters in our maintenance procedures. For example, we often suggest Royal Purple engine oils and filters. When you choose Royal Purple, you won't have to change your oil for another 12,000 miles! We still encourage you to bring it to us every 3,000 miles just to make sure everything is going as it should, but in the end, this saves you a huge amount of time and money. Again, it's the right thing to do.
If you even spend five minutes with us in our lobby, you'll realize that we LOVE cars. Andy, the owner, has a turbocharged Land Cruiser (it definitely didn't come from Toyota that way!), a modified Lexus, and a go-cart-like Subaru 2.5 RS. We all have spent more than a few weekends at the track too. So we know what aftermarket upgrades yield results, and which ones don't. Even if you plan on doing the work yourself, come by and talk to us. We'll be glad to offer any sage advice that we can.
